1. NO SHIPPING on Fridays! We do not receive Saturday deliveries. All packages need to be shipped Overnight, Monday-Thursday (Mon-Weds. is best).
2. Ensure samples are frozen and packed securely with ice packs (not ice cubes) prior to shipping.
3. Tighten screw cap lids on vials; use tape to secure flip top lids on bulk tank samples.
4. Samples must be shipped in some type of insulated container (Styrofoam cooler or hard-sided cooler, etc.).
5. Contain Styrofoam coolers within cardboard box if possible; this will incur lower shipping charges.
6. Please use our UPS Shipping Portal, located here, and take advantage of our contracted shipping rates.
7. Do not send samples via United States Postal Service.
