Description
This PCR kit detects both Bovine Viral Diarrhea Virus I and II. An additional assay on a bovine housekeeping gene provides an extraction and amplification control.
The PCR-BVD1 kit is designed to be used alongside the EXT-BVD1 BVD Milk Extraction Kit, when used on milk or cream samples.
This kit may be used on the CFX96 or CFX96D, the Chai OpenqPCR, or the Precigenome Fast 16-6.
