Testing cultured mycoplasma for the non-pathogenic look-alike organism Acholeplasma has become part of many laboratories’ mycoplasma detection programs. This extraction kit provides a gentle, lysis-based extraction for colonies excised from mycoplasma agar.
It is designed to be used with the PCR-003B and PCR-004c PCR kits.
